與天主和好罷!因為祂曾使那不認識罪的,替我們成了罪,使我們在祂內成為天主的正義」。

耶穌取了肉身，為我們釘死在十字架上，祂承擔了本屬於我們的一切，使我們也能領受祂所賜予的──祂與天父的合一。

我們如此接納祂，就意味著在我們身上實現祂順服天父、捨己奉獻的一生。

這是生命之路，但對我們這些罪人、被自身慾望囚禁的人來說，這似乎是一條充滿苦難的道路。

因此，我們往往拒絕這條路，而不是積極地走下去。然而，我們的導師以智慧引領我們走上這條道路，讓我們逐漸感受到祂同在的力量戰勝我們所有的感受和情緒，使我們堅定地信靠祂——我們的正義。

“We beseech you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.”

By becoming man and dying for us on the cross, Jesus took on himself what was ours, so that we may take for ourselves what He gives us, His unity with the Father.

Such act of welcome on our part entails re-live in us his life of obedience and self-giving to the Heavenly Father.

It is the path of life, but to us sinners and prisoners of our own passions it seems to be a path of suffering.

Therefore, we tend to refuse it instead of actively walking on it. However, our Teacher leads us wisely on such a path that slowly we feel the power of His presence overcoming every our feeling or emotion and placing us steadfast in Him, our Justice.
