先知依撒意亞書第二部的結尾，是上主鄭重的保證：祂的聖言必將完成祂所託付的使命，正如雨水滋潤田野，使其豐收一樣。

有時我們以為，從聆聽到實踐，一切都需要我們親力親為。但今天我們明白，聖言早已在我們心中，祂必成就一切；只要我們與祂同在。

不妨想想，有多少來自其他來源的話語，驅使我們做出許多選擇和行動，其中並非全是善行。

它們不是在我們身上發揮力量嗎？

我們也會讓上主的聖言發揮同樣的工作。

The conclusion of what is considered the Second part of the Book of the prophet Isaiah is a solemn assurance from God that His Word will accomplish the mission entrusted, in the same way as the rain gives life to the fields and allows them to produce abundant crops.

In this text we learn that the Word is a person, coming from the Lord, accomplishing his mission and returning to Him.

Sometimes we think that we need to do everything, from listening to putting into practice. Today we learn that the Word is already in our heart and will do everything; when we remain in his presence.

For a comparison, let us think about how many other words, coming from other sources drive us into many choices and actions, not all of them good. Are they not exercising their power in us? Let us just allow God’s Word do the same.
