從今天的經文中我們可以汲取一些重要的教導：

第一：聖伯鐸和聖若望一同前往聖殿。當我們彼此合一時，復活耶穌的臨在和能力就會彰顯。

我們每次誦念信經時所宣告的諸聖相通，是教會最強大的力量之一。

伯鐸和若望當時在一起，今天也與我們同在。

第二：伯鐸和若望的回答。他和若望一起分享了他們所擁有的：耶穌的恩典。

其他人可以給予金錢或其他形式的幫助。

而我們所能也必須提供的是耶穌的臨在和聖名。

我們必須相信，祂的聖名是所有人所需的良藥，並以謙卑和堅定的心獻上它。

如此，耶穌的聖名便會開啟自己通往所有人心靈的道路。

We can gather some important teachings from today’s reading:

First: Peter and John go up to the Temple together. The presence and power of the Risen Jesus shine when we are united among us. The communion of Saints which we proclaim every time we pray the Credo is one of the most powerful assets of the Church. Peter and John were together then and are together today, with us.

Second: Peter’s answer. He gives what he, together with John have: the grace of Jesus. Others can give money or various forms of help. What we can and must give is the Presence and Name of Jesus. We must believe that His Name is the medicine all people need and offer it with humility and assured heart. The Name of Jesus will then open its own way to the hearts of all.
