「天父，因著祢愛子的聖心，祢賜給我們喜樂，慶祝祢為我們的偉大愛神蹟。」這是今日彌撒開始時的禱文。

這些話語幫助我們默想聖若望所寫的：透過耶穌被刺穿的聖心，我們認識到天主對我們的愛，也認識到耶穌對我們的愛。

我們也知道，我們彼此相愛，正是天主居住的地方，也是我們認識祂的地方。

今天的慶典邀請我們讓天主的愛充滿我們的生活和思想。

我們需要理解的並非複雜的主題。我們只需要接受並回應愛，至少嘗試去愛。

“O Heavenly Father, in the Heart of your beloved Son, you give us the joy of celebrating the great works of your love for us.” This is part of the prayer at the beginning of today’s Mass.

These words help us to meditate on what St. John writes: through the pierced heart of Jesus, we know God’s love for us, and we also know how much Jesus loves us. We also know that our reciprocal love is the place where God lives and the place where we know Him.

Today’s celebration invites us to let God’s love invade our life and our thoughts. What we need to understand is not a complex subject. We just need to accept and love in return, at least try to love.
