It expresses the hope that through the reestablishment of the people of Israel and of the Temple, all peoples will receive the great grace of an everlasting communion with God, the God of Israel.

When we think that God himself will wipe all the tears from our eyes, one by one, we are deeply moved, even our tears are full of hope.
