我們需要時常回想天主的計劃，從而發現我們每時每刻都可以獻身於實現它。

Paul begins his letter to the Ephesus community (perhaps the letter was meant for more communities, a sort of circular letter) with a long blessing.

He describes God’s plan of salvation: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (this part we do not read today).

In few words, we could say that God the Father wants us to be holy and blameless in his presence.

To achieve this, He makes us one in Jesus, a unity encompassing the whole universe. We are made one in Jesus by the action of the Holy Spirit, overcoming all differences and separations that could divide us.

We need to recall to ourselves the plan of God, to discover that in every moment we can dedicate ourselves to fulfil it.
