明智的做法是遵從宗徒的勸告，反思我們歸信主的奇蹟，反思我們蒙召的奇蹟，並反思主在我們和他人身上所行的眾多皈依的奇蹟。

我們思考得越多，就越難以看清主是如何使我們皈依的。我們知道自己被改變了，卻無法確切地說出改變的方式。

這種默想幫助我們感謝主，因為我們是祂慈悲奇蹟的活生生的見證；也幫助我們渴望他人皈依，共同體驗這偉大的奇蹟。

It is wise to follow the suggestion of the Apostle and reflect on the miracle of our conversion to the Lord, or to the miracle of our vocation, or to the miracle of the many conversions the Lord worked in us and in others.

The more we think, the less are we able to see how the Lord converted us. We know that we were transformed but cannot tell how exactly.

This mediation helps us to thank the Lord because we are living miracles of his mercy and to desire the conversion of others, to live together such great miracle.
