在《格林多前書》的序言中，保錄強調他們是天主的教會，即使分散在各地，也是同一個教會。教會無論在何處呼求耶穌的名，祂是萬物之主。

接著，他強調門徒在耶穌內已經成聖，同時他們也蒙召成為神聖的召喚。

成聖之路是所有人的共同使命，這是一條令人振奮的道路，使我們成為耶穌所開啟的新世界的公民。

In the prascript of the First Letter to the Corinthians, Paul highlights the fact that they are the Church of God, the one Church even if spread in many places. Everywhere the Church invokes the Name of Jesus, the one Lord of all.

Then, he highlights the fact that the disciples are already made holy in Jesus, and at the same time they are called to be holy.

The path to holiness is the common vocation of all, an exalting road that makes us citizens of the new world  inaugurated by Jesus.
