的確，一切都是為了我們，包括教師在內，但我們屬於耶穌。

After instructing the Corinthians on the role and responsibility of the teachers (a text we did not read), Paul issues some imperatives.

Tomorrow we will read the third and the fourth, concerning the relationship with teachers.

Today we read the first two concerning personal choices.

We need to stand in front of God’s mystery, ready to obey Him even when we do not understand.

Indeed, everything is for us, teachers included, but we belong to Jesus. In belonging to Jesus there is no advantage, humanly speaking. There is only paradise.
