在這些恩賜中，我們注意到福音作者的出現。

聖瑪竇就是其中之一。

在祂的福音書中，他引導我們認識並遵守耶穌的法律。

In the second part of the Letter to the Ephesians, Paul explains how God’s plan (to unify all things in Jesus) is brought about on the earth.

Jesus has given to different disciples different gifts; their purpose, however, is to contribute to the common upbuilding, to reach the maturity of the mystical body of Jesus, the fullness of faith and love in each one of the believers.

In view of this purpose, at the beginning of the section, Paul exhorts his listeners to live in perfect harmony in the community. The different personal gifts should not become a reason for any kind of division; rather, they should become a contribution for the growth of all.

Among the gifts, we notice the mention of the evangelists. St. Matthew is one of them. In his Gospel, he leads us to know and observe the law of Jesus.
