在第二首歌中，天主的僕人再次宣告了他的使命。然而，他遭遇了挫折，沒有看到任何明顯的成果。

在這種情況下，他向天主報告了他的失敗。這並非抗議，而只是陳述，彷彿再次詢問：我現在該怎麼辦？

作為回應，天主重申了祂的應許。僕人可以確信，他所有的努力並非徒勞，而是帶來更偉大、更普世的成果。

這也可以成為我們的安慰：我們不需要看到任何結果。服事天主本身就是最大的成果。

In this second song, the Servant of God announces again his mission. However, he has faced setbacks, there are no visible results.

In this situation, he reports to the Lord his lack of success. It is not a protest, just a report, as to ask again: What shall I do now?

As an answer, the Lord renews his promises. The Servant may remain assured that all his efforts are not in vain, rather, they obtain an even greater, universal result.

This can be our consolation too: we do not need to see any result. To be at the service of the Lord is the great result.
