從聖殿右側(南側)流出的水,或許象徵伊甸樂園及其中心的泉水。

The water flowing from the right side, the south side of the temple, may be a reminiscence of the Garden of Eden and of the spring at its center.
The prophet hopes that the people returned from the exile may make God the center of their lives, receive from him and offer him everything, make the earth a new Eden, a new holy city.
